This workshop is ideal for you if you have some public speaking experience (Toastmasters, presentations at work, prior public speaking class) and want to focus on crafting a message that is clear and engaging in-person or virtually.

8:30 AM-9:15 AM Presentation Principles Training (content development, in-person and online delivery skills that will get you and your message remembered!)
9:15 AM-10:15 AM Workshop 1: Speech Zero to Hero in One Hour (You will learn and apply a 7-step process in a guided working session to quickly create presentation outline. A pdf of the workbook “Speech Zero to Hero in One Hour” will be linked in the online event page). The 7-steps we will take one at a time:

10:15 – 10:30 Break
10:30 – 11:00 Workshop 2: The “Talk-Through” (in small break-out groups, each participant will talk through their outline to try out their presentation concept and get content feedback from other participants)
11:00 – 11:30 “Hot Seat” Coaching
(a few lucky volunteers will practice parts of their presentations & get on-the-spot coaching)
